SHIPPING
Shipping is free within South Africa if selected at checkout.
All orders will be shipped with either FedEx or the SA Post Office. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipment has left.
We also offer next day shipping on most products. For this service we use FedEx Overnight Express and your item will arrive by 10:30 the next working day, provided your order is received by 1pm the previous day.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise but usually takes between 3-5 days. In most cases orders will ship the next business day.
Orders are not delivered on the weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure payment gateway. Should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit, the following account details are provided:

CANCELLED ORDERS
Once you have submitted your order, and during the “pending / processing” time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has changed to “complete” we are no longer able to cancel an order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to refund any purchases in full provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please note, orders that were shipped with a FedEx overnight service will only be refunded for the value of the goods purchased and not the shipping. Refund requests received after 14 days, but within 30 days, will qualify for web vouchers.
You may also return any item for exchange within 30 days from receipt. We will replace or exchange the item free of cost. Please note that if you require a FedEx overnight service for your exchange item, this will be billed accordingly.
Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
How to return product
Send a return request to returns@astoreisgood.com with your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. In the email describe in detail the reason for your return. You will receive an email providing you with a return form for you to print and complete. Please indicate on your return form whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size/item.
Note that once opened, CDs and DVDs, will not be accepted for a refund.
Repackage your return securely in the exact original packaging and delivery box or envelope that you received your order. If this instruction is not followed your return will be refused or there will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please email or call if you have any questions.
All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed Return Form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. Customers are advised to obtain a proof of postage when returning the goods
Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.
